Q: Are any pets allowed at Nangor Resort?
A: Pets are allowed only in the off season which starts after Labor Day Monday until the 3rd Saturday in June.
Q: What are the check-in and check-out times for the resort?
A: Check in time is after 3:00 p.m. and Check out time is before 10:00 a.m.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: Deposits refunded if written notice of cancellation is received prior to June 1st for summer months. All other cancellations three weeks prior to reservation date. All cancellations are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.
Q: What supplies do we need to bring on our vacation?
A: Bring personal items, as you would for any vacation. Our units are equipped with bedding, cutlery, pots and pans, dish soap, a set of tea towels and one roll of toilet paper. We suggest you to bring extra toilet paper, towels, beach towels and garbage bags.
Q: What kind of activities are available for children?
A: In July and August we offer our Kids Club Program for the mornings on weekdays. Crafts, games and baking cookies are just a few things our staff have planned for your children. Our Boating Program runs in the afternoon and gives your child(ren) the opportunity to go for a tube ride. If that is too daring, they can ride in the boat! The cost for these activities are included in your accommodation fee.
Q: I am planning a fishing trip at Nangor. Do I need a fishing permit?
A: Yes, if you are between 18 and 65 years old. Except for the one day sport fishing permit an Ontario Outdoors Card is also required when you buy a fishing permit. Q: Where can I buy a fishing permit and Ontario Outdoors Card?
A: You can buy your fishing permit and Ontario Outdoors card online at the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources website
. They are also available at the customer service counter of many outdoor sporting stores including Canadian Tire, Sail and Bass Pro Shop.
Q: Can I eat the fish I catch?
A: Yes you can! We think walleye and perch are the best eating fish around here. For more information about catch limits and seasons, visit the Ontario Ministry of National Resources website

Q: Do you sell gas for boats and pleasure craft?
